I have read all of the rave reviews and would like to ask is this something that 2 sisters (adults) that are doing a sister only trip to WDW for their Bdays do? It sounds like so much fun and I would like to try something new.

Absolutely! I think the adults are way more entertained here than the kids. It's hilarious to watch the stepmother/stepsister interactions throughout the meal. They really do great at staying "on" the whole time. Better than Prince and Cindy in my opinion.

Go for it! Adults without kids do character meals all the time.

Yes! That is one of many resteraunts that is good for kids and adults alike.:cutie:The atmosphere is elegant and they serve great foods. Like salads, asian noodle, many steaks, and lots of savory desserts to top it off!:yay:

Absolutely :goodvibes We have only gone as adults and completely love it  Go and enjoy, it is hilarious :rotfl:

By far the funniest pictures from our last trip. I would do it without the kids! Have a great birthday trip :flower3:

Remember, there are no "age" restrictions when you go to WDW. Everyone feels (and acts) like a kid again. DH and I went to 1900's in October and it was great. There was a wide assortment of food for both kids and adults and it was good. I got the evil stepsister to sing - hilarious! When they come to the table their interaction with adults is also a bit different. That goes for just about all the character meals we have been to. You will enjoy.

I am planning a trip in a month with other adults and this is on our list of restaurants. I enjoy this buffet very much. (not a buffet person)

It's one of those restaurants where we always return to time and time again. Nothing negative to say about it.

Of course and we did many buffets at WDW BC (before children) just because we really wanted to fill up and have lots of selection (those buffets just tend to come with characters too). Most times we didn't even have a camera and the characters would come around shake our hand and realizing we weren't there for them would move on pretty quickly. Still had a great time and didn't feel out of place at all.

We just ate at 1900 Park fare on Tuesday...I would have to say that the character interaction between the Stepsisters/Stepmother is hilarious!!! My 9 year old son, got down on one knee and proposed to Anastasia with a ring and all it was PRICELESS!! If I knew how to upload a video of it I would! We would go back just to see this again and again!..The food, however, is a different story..I didn't think it was all that good. Steak was flavorless, and other dishes very salty. The desserts were good tho! The "show" was worth the price of admission, however, if you are going for the food I would go elsewhere....just my 2 cents worth :)

I agree with mommhmmx2. All the adults really enjoyed the character interaction and had a great time at this dinner. I was thoroughly unimpressed with the food. If you want a dinner with really good food, look elsewhere. If you want a fun dining experience then choose this.

I also think that just about all character dinners are appropriate for adults as long as they have a little sense of humorand pixie dust in their heart, but this is an especially good one.
