1900 Park Fare Brunch

I was looking at the menus for 1900 Park Fare and noticed that there is a bunch menu, but no hours listed as brunch hours. So my questions are when is brunch and are there characters there at brunch?

Brunch only happens in certain seasons (Christmas and Easter), and is without characters.
