1900 Park Fare breakfast/lunch?

Did a search and couldn't find this answer. I know if you have a late breakfast reservation at Tusker House that you can also get some of the lunch items when they bring them out around 11:00. Thinking of scheduling a late breakfast on our departure day at 1900 Park Fare and was wondering if we'd experience the same thing there? What characters could we expect to see during the transitional time?
