1900 Park Faire Switch in Cast

Ok - I know that Suzy and Perla got the ax to make way for the wickeds, but can anyone tell me how is standing out front when you come in now? Is it still the Fairy Godmother or has that changed?

Wanted to bump this up and get more info, I missed that Suzy and Perla got the bump, would love to hear who a normal cast is here each night.

my neighbors just got back and fairy Godmother was NOT at this meal. we are bummed. I am not sure how my DD (age 4) is going to like seeing the stepsisters and lady tremaine. My neighbors said the stepsisters were very obnoxious and lady tremaine was somewhat mean (in character) telling the kids to clean their plates etc. We had this ADR booked forever as my DD loved it last year. I am hoping it will be just as magical with cinderella and prince but am not looking forward to the others at all!!!

I booked this meal for our upcoming trip in March. Actually we are looking forward to it. I heard the sisters were quite entertaining. that is the main reason I booked it.

The presence of the Wickeds is what finally convinced me to cancel House of Blues to go here. I much prefer the villains to the heroes... and only with the coming of #3 did I grow to like Cinderella at all. (I really don't like the classic princesses at all... to put it nicely.)

I hope your DD will be alright - but if not the good news is there are tons of other Character meals out there with access to princesses.

This is an excellent meal! Don't cancel it. My children were delighted with the silly stepsisters. We were seated in what must be the main room and got to see lots of interaction between the characters. We were there the night it reopened and there were several Disney suits standing around the restaurant and observing. So the characters really put on a great show for us! The stepmother was cold, but I teased her and asked her if she had plans to lock Cinderella in her romm again. I also asked her if her daughters had found Mr. Right yet. I loved seeing her stay in character and answer my questions. The stepsisters would go up to the young boys and ask "Is this one old enough?" It was very cute. A perfect way to start our trip. Oh, there was no one at the entrance to the restaurant the night we were there. They were all visiting tables.

My DW and I booked this meal becauce we love the great food. And the changes of the mice and godmother. Now don`t get us wrong we love them. But will love to see the step sister and step mother. And who doesn`t love cindy and the prince. My DW was getting jealous because the mice would come by the table and blow kisses at me. I never seen them mice before sweetie " that`s my story and I`m sticking too it"

Oh My! I am so jealous of your children! We recently had the 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridan Cafe. I would have enjoyed meeting the evil step mother and step sister more than meeting Suzie and Perla. Even though I had a fun time watch Perla flirt with my DH over the meal. She came back to our table at least 6 times over the course of an hour. Glad your kids had fun and those pics are just adorable!

I think I'm going to cancel my ADR in November too. My DD is scared of characters and when I booked this months ago, I thought it would be sweet Cinderella and the Godmother and mice, not a mean stepmother and stepsisters. If they say something mean to her, she will start crying and then never want to go near another character. Now it's probably too late to get ADRs for a different meal with Cinderella.

I can't wait for our next trip so we can do this meal. Nothing against Suzy and Perla but Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters will be so great to meet!

They really are not mean, its all in fun. I wouldn't cancel this ADR for anything. This was one of our favorite meals. The stepsisters were both saying things are much "nicer" now that Cinderella married a Prince and lives in a big castle. This was a great meal and I will absolutely go back on our next trip.

We loved this meal. While they stayed in character and made comments, we didn't find them to be mean. The stepsisters were very entertaining and Lady Tremain would walk by and say something like "enjoy your dinner" in a stern type of tone, but my children never thought they were being scolded or felt uncomfortable. Unless you have a very sensitive child, I'd keep this ressie. Great food and the prince is nice perk, too.

msasmom....thanks for this recomendation. That's exactly what I was hoping to hear as I was on the fence as to whether or not to keep this reservation for our trip in a couple of weeks. I think we'll try it out!
