1900 Park Faire and Teppanyaki Renovations

I just called to make my ADRs for August and both 1900 Park Faire and Teppanyaki Renovations will be closed for renovations! I didn't see this on any WDW sites, so I just wanted to let everyone know.

I made my early August ADR for 1900 Park Fare at the 180 day mark, knowing Park Fare will be closed, but they are relocating the character meal to another restaurant in the GF.
My DD12 does not care...she just wants to see Prince Charming.

DS loves Suzy & Perla!!

* During the rehab, the character meal will be pre-plated..not buffet.

Just wondering if you know when the renovation is scheduled to be done? My DH is looking forward to the 1900 Park Faire Buffet and preplated doesn't appeal to him as much as he's picky and likes the chance to find something he likes.

I think park fare is closing July to Oct 1st.

I was so bummed about this as I was looking forward in trying the Chilled Strawberry soup And torturing my 2 older boys with a princess meal .

When I was at the 1900 Park Fare, I talked to a cast member about this. I can't remember what month she said the 1900 Park Fare will be closed. It was somewhere around October or August or something like that and I think it will only be close for like around 2 months or so. The next time that I am at the 1900 Park Fare, I will try to ask someone about this. I do think the month is October, but I am just now sure.

The Grand Floridian Café is where the 1900 Park Fare characters will be at, while they fix up the 1900 Park Fare I am going to have to make sure I go to the Grand Floridian Café, while little Suzy and Perla are there It will be really neat to see the tiny little Cinderelly mice at another eating place

Teppanyaki was originally scheduled for earlier this year, and they pushed the date later.

Last I saw Teppanyaki was reopening on 8/25/07, the day we leave WDW. I had really wanted to try it,but I guess it will give me a reason to return to WDW as soon as possible.

does anyone know what the preplated menu will be (for adults and for kids!) And will it still be the same price, even though it's not a buffet anymore? Thanks!

High tea isn't at 1900 Park Fare so you should be ok.
