1900 Park Dinner

I'm going to stay clear of other buffets but would really like to bring my daughter with a peanut and milk allergy to 1900 for the character interaction .. Love this place but first time bringing my allergy child ... Not comfortable with the cross contamination will they make something in the back for her ??

Yup. They will do that at all buffets.

Many chefs will offer to prepare her food in the kitchen. If the chef doesn't offer then just ask. It's only the very rare chef that makes a stink about it but even those ones will do it.

Last I hear, Chef TJ is doing breakfast at 1900 PF so you're in for a treat as he's amazing with allergies.

My family and I went to the breakfast buffet at 1900 this past year. I have a severe gluten allergy, and the chef basically asked what all I would like from the buffet and went back and made the whole plate for me! I didn't have to roll the dice on anything. It was great, and delicious.

Yes, we went this summer and I have a severe gluten allergy as well. We ate at 1900, and Crystal Palace. Each time the chef came out and walked me around the buffet and showed me exactly what I could eat. He also said he would make me whatever I wanted in the back. We ate at 1900 for dinner. I asked about dessert and he said not to worry, that when I was ready to let our server know. The dessert was amazing! The rest of our party was jealous!
