1900 or GFC for DS4 Birthday?

Ok I really need help I can't decide between 1900 Park Fare or Grand Floridian Cafe for our DS4 5th Brithday dinner. We want it at the GF so we can order a special cake from them. What is everyone's opinion on these 2 places and also do they do anything special for a boy's birthday? I know little girls get a crown or something but I hadn't heard about boys.

Is the food selection at 1900 good?

Also we will be going in Dec. so the rehab should be over and both back to normal by then.
