I have a Southwest package, and it just arrived on Friday.
I reserved my Character Dinner already and I called to reserve Gray Line for the Universal and Knotts trips.
However, when I called, there was no mention of return transportation (from Knotts/Universal back to the hotel).
The voucher includes return transportation, right?? (I would assume so... LOL)
Do we just catch the bus when we feel like it to head back? Do they have multiple to/from trips, like at the airport? Or are we stuck from open to close?
My guess is that they will give us a form of some sort that has return times on it. They are not open right now, or I would call to ask.
How does the return transportation work? Anybody know?
