18th birthday

hi....i just realized that 4 months today, we will be flying to disneyland ....this trip is for my daughter's 18th and my 40t(although we miss my bday by 4 days)....we gave her many choices of where we should go for this trip, as it is also to celebrate her graduation in june...we named mexico, hawaii, cruise, and my wonderful daughter chose DL ..we are letting her bring 3 friends, and i think she is very excited to show them around DL as they have never been.....i want to know if anyone can think of something special we may be able to do for her birthday...she actually turns 18 on mother's day....any great ideas out there...somewhere to eat, something different to do....thanks...oh yah, i should add that it would be great if the idea was somewhat "budget" as there will be 8 of us on the trip(the friends are paying their own way, but i would like to pay for whatever we do for the bday)

I think a lot of what might interest teenagers depends on the teenagers involved, and if/how often they've been to DL before.

You could find a listing of all the DL/CA activities going on that day and let the birthday girl choose from those.

Possibilities off the top of my head:
* Seeing the Aladdin musical
* Parades/fireworks
* Character meal? (If they'd get into meeting the characters)
Otherwise maybe a meal at ESPN Zone or Jazz Kitchen?
* If they like videogames, maybe hit Innoventions

Oh, and don't forget to get a BIRTHDAY BUTTON for the birthday girl (and one for yourself if you're so inclined)! It will get noticed by CMs and some park guests.

And yes, get the prize for going on her birthday so she can have some free $$ to spend on herself.

I second Jazz Kitchen for a meal, but another idea would be to pay for them to get their hair done at PFF.
