I did see availability at:
Saratoga Springs -178 pts
Old Key West - 150 pts
Animal Kingdom Jambo House or Kidani Village (standard view) - 156 pts


I have 176 points available as of now to rent so I could do all of them. I would be willing to borrow the 2 points to make the Saratoga Springs reservation.

There are several options when you have a checkin date of Sept. 3rd. I can only look at a 2 week window and I see availability checking in on 9/3 for two weeks at:

Boardwalk Villas - Deluxe Studio - Garden or Pool View
Depending upon the night it is either 15 or 16 points per night

AK Kidani Village - Savannah view room
Depending upon the night it is either14 or 16 points per night

SSS - Standard studio
between 12 & 15 points per night

Those are available for the two week period starting Sept. 3rd. Again I can only check two weeks at a time so let me know your preferred dates and I can check more accurately.

Thank you for checking availability for me! Since we missed out on the window to book the DVC of our choice this time, I think we are just going to keep our existing Contemporary room reservation. We have our hearts set on a monorail resort b/c I have 2 babies and a double stroller and the less times I have to break down that beast, the better. I really do appreciate you checking the other resorts though.

I looked at the Boardwalk from September 21, 2014 - October 4, 2014 and I didn't see anything with more than a night here and there for all studio room categories (standard, garden/pool, boardwalk view).
There are other resorts but not the Boardwalk.

I checked on your first set of dates in June.
I assumed you were interested in a studio. I you are also interested in a one bedroom let me know.

Boardwalk Studio - nothing available. Just one night out of the list for any room view.

Animal Kingdom Kidani Village - All nights EXCEPT June 10th in a Savannah view studio.
All other Kidani Village and Jambo House rooms don't have more than a night or two here and there. But they do have the 10th open. So you could switch rooms for that one night. At least that is one option.

I checked your dates in December. That is outside my home resort booking window. But I was able to check Animal Kingdom as I own there (but don't have any points remaining to book). All studio categories in both buildings (Jambo House and Kidani Village) are wide open at this time.

I can't send a pm as I'm new into the DisBoard. I'm planning a vacation for myself, husband, mil, and two children. I'm looking to check into the resort on June 7 and checking out on June 13.

I'd like to have a 1 bedroom. our first choice is the boardwalk, but we are flexible on resort if something else is available and the view isn't important.

Sorry for the delay.
With a total of 5 occupants you need a one bedroom villa or larger.
I checked Boardwalk for a one bedroom and there was nothing that had all consecutive dates available (June 7-13th). I also checked a two bedroom and the availability was much worse.

In checking other resorts:

* 1 bedroom available = 195 pts
* 2 bedroom available = 239 pts
OKW
* 1 bedroom available = 173 pts
* 2 bedroom not available
Villas at Wilderness Lodge - only Sat/Sun & Mon available - Tues-Thurs not available
