Did anyone else get the phone call and email asking them to give up their shifts this weekend? I got both, the phone call on Friday morning and then the email Friday night.
Hi,All I do is complain about this company. I put in to take 3 shifts and gave away one of my own. I put these in on May 22. On May 25 I was deined for the May 24 shift. The others are still requested status. Then I put in for AWOP on June 19 and 20. That status was posted as of Thursday. Today I check and it is now mixed, meaning they preempted 1 hour on each day. How idiotic, I am not even going to be here! This morning I am trying to request time off for my 2 week trip to WDW- the system keeps timing out!
I worked last nite and they kept asking if anyone wanted off for today too.All I can say is I am really disgusted by not being able to get any real answers from anybody. If you ask a ? in Chat you can be left hanging for a long time- how is that good for the agent who is on the phone a loong time? Is anyone else having these problems or am I the only lucky one?
