180 plus 11

If we are staying 11 nights, I know I can book my dining reservations at the 180 day mark for up to 10 nights of my trip. For the last night, can I book that by waiting until the day after the 180 day mark, e.g., 179 days (plus 10)? Or do I have to wait until the 180 mark just for that last night?

You will need to book your first 10 days at 180 days, then the following day you can do that 11th day.
