I am arriving for 7 days on Jan 21st 2008, Does this mean that i can book ALL ADR for ALL 7 days starting on July 21st 2007?? thanks so much

Yes you can, but your 180 day mark is actually July 25, not July 21.

Actually 180 days out from Jan 21st 2008 is July 25th, 2007. And to your second question, yes, if you are staying on property you can book for all 7 days of your stay.
