180 days out and got Wolfgang Puck?did they change

ok, I thought I read on somewhere that you could only make ADRS for wolfgang puck cafe 60 days out or something?

So I am making my ADRs for the week of sept 15 and I say"I need to wait for WPC right?" and she says "no, I can book that right now" so we do....

Did they change that policy for that resturant, or did I get a CM who doesnt' know what they are doing, she gave me a confirmation number . Should I call back and double check?
seemed strange..

Any input??

My DW and I are staying at the CR Tower Club in September so we had the concierge staff make all our ADRs. We sent them the list ahead of time and at the 180 day mark from our arrival they emailed us back with all the confirmation numbers except for Wolfgang Puck's. They said that they could not get an ADR at 180 + 10 for this restaurant, only at the 180 day mark from when we would actually be eating there. At the 180 day mark they sent us our ADR number.

We had the same experience at jec13. While we couldnt book WGP 180+10 we could book it exactly at 180. That was in January.

The Cafe has always followed the same guidelines as most nonpark restaurants whether it was 90, 120, 60 or 180 days through the years. They just don't participate in the 180 plus.

Now the Dining Room upstairs at WP did have a different policy. I think it used to be 30 days but we haven't dined there in several years so I don't know if it has changed.

Yup, I have to call on Sat to book Puck's Cafe. Since it's not owned by Disney it isn't on the 180+10 system.

Oh! Thanks so much for reminding me. When I made my other ADRs the other day the CM told me to call back today. Yeah, she said it had to be exactly 180 days from the day we wanted to dine. After reading this thread I just called and got an ADR for 5:00pm for Oct 1st.

I called but I am still early, I have to call tomorrow for October 2nd. This is our off day so we are going to sleep in, swim and walt around our resort then have a nice dinner at Wolf gang Pucks around 6:30 or so. We will take the boat from POR to DD..

I called today and got a 6:30 ADR for October 2nd, Yeah now I am going to cancel Nine Dragons. So here is a breakdown of my ADR's for our trip..
