today is our 190 day mark.. and we have payed in full and we heard on here that we could book our adr's today.. so we called them to check and they said that we had to wait untul the 22nd (180 days) so i was just wondering how that worked.. if they made a mistake and we could book today or if we did have to wait until the 22nd..?? Please help :confused3

180 days is correct. Perhaps you are thinking 190 because when your 180 day arrives you can book 10 days beyond that. Hope that helps.

alright i am still a little confused.. because i called yesterday and they were already making reservations for the 17th the day before we arrive.. and then it said that they couldnt do ours because it wasnt aloud to take reservations for that date yet.. so is that just for people who are going before that?? or what??

Sorry im just really confuseddd

I'm not sure what you are saying. As the other poster said, it is 180 days. If you are staying onsite, at 180 days you can make ADR's for 10 days total.

Have they changed the 180-day rule for making ADRs when they made other changes (ticket prices, DDP) last Sunday? I know if you're staying on property, it was 180 + up to 10 days out.

I made room only reservations last Saturday (8/5) for 2/9 - 2/13/07. I asked how soon I could start making ADRs and was told they were only taking reservations up to 2/1/07 that day and I should call back 8 days later on 8/13 to start making my ADRs.

However, I called tonight to change ADRs on an upcoming trip in Sept and on a lark, asked about February.

I was told that ADRs could be made 190 days in advance that I would have to call day by day for each day of my stay. She said they were already booking for 2/15/07 so I could make all the ADRs for my trip!!!

I couldn't get ADRs at CRT for my first choice day (2/10/07) and had to settle for a 10:10 AM ADR on 2/11/07. I couldn't believe that I wasn't able to even get an early morning ADR! I guess I should be happy I got something-- I would have been sooo upset if everything was booked when I called at the 180 day mark.

Is there a change? Or was one of the CMs wrong?

that is the post that has gotten me confused.. because her 180 is tomorrow.. and she reserved before it..

Unfortunately, some CM's don't even understand the policy and occasionally people get to make ADR's before they are supposed to.

I made my ressies, and had to call yesterday to make reglan Road ressies they ONLY take those 180 days out exactly. It's 180 days starting from the day you check in, and then if you are staying at one of the disney hotels you can book up to 10 days into your stay 180+10 rule. I called for my ressies aug 5th for arrival of feb 1st. I called the min they opened and I couldnt get the first seating of crt I had to take 9:05 ugh. They told me to call back this past thursday saying oh they will have more times open up then cause that also was a strict 180 day ressie. When I called back that afternoon to confirm my things the lady said she had never heard of that before with crt and that they are sold out. So I guess I have to be greatful I got that time I got. I made my ressies the day before the whole mess with the dining plan was known. :bride:
