We are going to Disney for a Baseball tournament in May We plan to eat most nights with a group of 11 six adults, Three 7/8 yo boys, 5yo Girl, and 3yo Girl. How do these tenative plans sound? My DS has been to Disney several times. 1 of the other boys went when he was 3. So this is really a first time trip for all of the other kids. There may be others from our team dining at the same resturants some nights but this is the core group I am making ressies for. I am open to any thoughts or suggestions I just want these kids to have an awesome time. We are all on the DDP.
- Monday 5/23- Be Our Guest Dinner (party of 7) one family will not have arrived yet.
-Tuesday 5/24- Ohana Dinner- Party of 11
-Wednesday 5/25 Part of the group are defintely going to Park Faire. If Rivers of Lights is open My family (Me, DH and DS8) will either eat at Yak and Yeti or the New Animial Kingdom Resturant Tiffins if it is open.
-Thursday 5/26 Other two families are going to Cinderella's Royal Table. My Husband has a coaches meeting at the Hotel so we are going to wait on Him and try to get ressies for Skippers Cantina if it is open. I will probably book LTT for now until they release the Skippers ressies and just incase I can't snag one.
-Friday 5/27 (we start playing baseball this day so will only have evenings in the parks for the rest of the trip) Coral Reef Dinner party of 11
-Saturday 5/28 We have a water park party for the baseball teams this night and most everyone is doing a two credit meal at some point so we will just eat at Typhoon Lagoon or the Hotel.
-Sunday 5/29- Cape May Cafe party of 11 this was my Husband and he talked the other husbands into wanting this as their only request for the seafood buffett.
-Monday 5/30- Hollywood and Vine Dinner Fantasmic party of 11. This will be the only Character meal for my son the other kids are going to 2 others.

* One of the other moms Really wants the coral Reef but I am wondering if two seafood places in 3 days time is to much. Was thinking of maybe Garden Grill.

It sounds like you have a good plan! I have never eaten at Coral Reef, but love Garden Grill. We thought it was a really fun character meal.

don't be surprised if they tell you then can not accommodate that many people. I know of someone who tried to book several reservations for 10 and found out they would not be seated together.

We did a party of 12 ALWAYS at 2 diff tables but next to each other. It's still ok. No they can't seat u at one table but 2 is fine.

What about via Napoli in Epcot?

We have gone as a party of 10 and have always been lucky to be seated together despite the warning that we might be separated. Interestingly enough, I don't remember getting any warnings that we won't be seated together this time around, but I think that we are mainly going to restaurants where they seem to be able to accommodate larger parties.
