Hi! 
My neighbor called me in a panic today because she should be able to make ADR's for her May trip starting today. It will only let her do May 7th and then it says
"We're sorry but this service is currently not available online. If you have a resort reservation and need to book greater than 180 days, please call 407-WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463."
She's staying on property, so shouldn't she be able to book her 9 day trip online now? Have they changed something?
She's going in December as well and was able to book everything online for her Dec. trip w/o any problems for her entire stay. When she booked for her December trip it had her enter in her conf. number that Disney gave her. It doesn't even give her that option now, only tells her to call.
She wants to be able to book everything online so her DH can see the restaurants to choose from b/c he's decided he wants to help plan.
Is she going to have to call in order to book everything at once? Or is she going to have to take the day by day approach in order to book online? It's almost like the Disney system doesn't realize people may go to the park more than once a year.
Please help if you know the answer! I told her I'll call, but she's a very take charge person and I know if I end up accepting at 7:30 instead of a 7 or 8 ressie, she'll be
