Hi,

Like many others, I am worried about getting a BOG booking as well as a few of our other choices. When I look now, I see nothing for BOG dinner 180 days out so my hopes are low. Having said that, I am not seeing +10 at the moment. We are staying onsite and my 180 day mark is Apr 22nd for an arrival date of Oct 19th. SO my questions are:

  1. On April 22nd, will the reservation booking dates be available for Oct 19th + 10 days automatically?
  2. Or is there something else I have to do?
  3. Is BOG generally booked up +10 days as well? My hope is to book it +4 days into our trip (i.e. 2nd last night)

I (think) I have linked my reservation as when I sign in to Disney site, I do see our reservation information.

If you see your reservation info it's linked. The +10 was automatic for me online at 6am on ADR day, but I've heard of it not working for some people. They had to call to get the +10. We had no problems getting BOG for the time we wanted on our +7 day.

The chances of getting BOG for your first night is slim. You will probably have better luck later in your stay- say the night before your departure.

I recently made my ADRs for our trip and had zero problems doing so online. As the PP said, of you see your resort reservation in MDE you should be ok.

That's not good. :sad2: Maybe I'll give them a call beforehand then to make sure it is set up ok (unless they cannot tell any issue until it occurs). Doesn't sound like much hope.

We are arriving on a Sunday and would the plan is to book it for the Thursday (so +4 days). We are leaving Saturday....so almost as late into the trip as we can. But we are coming at Halloween time so it will lessen our chances even more (as we'd need to book before 7pm). Not too hopeful.

Frozen,

Today was my 180+10 and I was able to get 3 BOG reservations (on different days over the week) by working my way back from the night before we leave. It was the first ressie I tried to get and all 3 were at good times.

Good luck! It can be done!!

Make sure you are logged in. Sometimes it will time out. As soon as I logged in to MDE all of my days popped up as available. :)

That's great. How many days past 180 day mark were you booking?

Misjanuary, thanks for the tip about it timing out.

7 days out was my longest.

We just did our 180+10 yesterday 3-31-2014.. Everything was linked up and when I logged in at 6:30 am we were off and running. Got all of our ADR's within 10-15 minutes of our "wish list" times but did accomplish getting every eatery we wanted including BOG, Cali Grill, Yachtsman, and a few others we were hoping to get. We will complete our "around the world eateries" this trip by eating in Japan and Mexico and complete every table service eatery at he Magic Kingdom (BOG and The Plaza were all we had left). My wife and I are very excited.
