180+10 for ADR at Dolphin?

I know about the major things that are not "Disney" at the Dolphin like no DDP or ME or charging privilege, but how about making ADRs at the 180+10 mark? If no room only discount comes up, we are checking into the dolphin using the teacher rate on Nov 23. If a room only discount comes up, we are then checking into WL on Nov 24 after the first night at Dolphin (still holiday rate at WL on the 23rd and we will arrive late and go right to bed anyway and Dolphin is much cheaper.). So, I can definitely call 180+10 from Nov 24 but how about one day earlier?

We've never stayed at the Dolphin so I don't know for sure, but my guess is you would have to wait until 180 days from check in at the WL to do the +10 as the Dolphin isn't Disney-owned and you need a Disney resort confirmation number to make ADRs past the first day.

Dolphin is 180 day mark - one day at a time.
So Day 1, 180 day mark, make ADR's for day 1 only....Day 2, 180 day mark, make ADR's for day 2....

If I read your post correctly... Day 1 = Dolphin Resort, use 180 day mark for day 1 and make the rest of your ADR's on Day 2 with your WL reservation, 180 day 1 mark for WL plus 10 more days of ADR's.
