180+10... explanation please?

Okay I think that I am not fully getting what 180+10 is. Can someone please tel me exactly what that means? TIA!

If you are staying onsite (at a Disney property) - you can call for ADR's 180 days before the day you check in - and you can book ADR's for the first 10 days of your stay. So you can make one phone call and book all your ADR's and not have to call back each day. (It does not mean you get to call 190 days before the day you check in)
