Ok, we have been flirting with the Aqua Simple Set pools for over a year now. We had an above ground pool at our other house, but moved here in Sept. 04. No pool. Believe me, the kids let us know everyday last summer how if we still ived in our "old" house, we would have a pool. whaaa whaa whaaa. LOL Oh how we make them suffer!

Last year, I found a pool that I fell in love with, but it was over $5000. Dh said NO WAY. When we can get a pool for less than half that. All the while, we would look at the inflatable pools and say "why not?" It is a pool.....

they used to be over $500, last year the price came down to around $300-$350.

Sears has an 18' x48" for $199.00!!!! as I am typing this, I am realizing I don't recall seeing if the cover, filter, ect are icluded, but I am sure they are, it sells as a package. I am going back to check. but, I think at that price, the kids are going to get their pool this year! :thumbsup2

That is a great price. We have the 18x48 pool and it is a great pool. :bounce:

hey just enough to cool off in and play around in ....that is great......we have had our little blue pool for the fourth summer coming up and we still love it.....it is easy care and we did have to get a new filter pump but it was well worth the investment.....my hubby made a solor heater for it outside...so when the sun is out the water goes thru this thingie and it heats up the water......Maine has such short seasons that by the time the water is warm enough we are ready for the ice to form.........good price by the way

Do you have to drain them and take them down each year or can they stay up over the winter?
