I think I already know the answer to this one, but I'm asking for my DD who is 21 and wants to go to the spa with her 17 1/2 yo sister. You have to be 18, don't you?
TIA

It is 18. When my DD was oh so close to that age, I did book the "teen special" that they offer. I believe it was a manicure and mini-facial.

It wasn't listed on their handout, but when I asked about it, they did offer it.

The spa is strictly 18 and older except for those special times noted on the teen navigator when there are teen appointments available. They sometimes have teen fitness in the workout room at 1 am!!! They also have the teen manicure and facial special on some land days (when the spa is less busy.)

They will not make exceptions to allow a teen to have hair done or whatever....except at a few special times, it is strictly 18 and up. It might also be worth noting that your 21 year old will not be allowed to hang in The Stack with the 17 year old. They can go to any of the "family" lounges together.

Thanks for the info. I don't expect my 21 yo to hang out with the teens, but I'm sure my 17 yo wants to hang out with her 19 and 21 yo siblings.

hopefully, there will be other 17 year olds in the teen club...
but that age is really difficult (the girls can either be nice or not so nice....as in downright *****y)....
while your daughter will not be able to go to the spa, she can probably go to the nightclubs with her siblings....
my daughter was 18, but no one checked to see if she was 18 or not when we went into the adult clubs, so i'm sure your daughter can go with her siblings if she doesn't find friends in the teen club...

when we went, my son, who was 15 at the time, had a great time in the club..
my daughter went on the first day (since 18 year olds can participate in the teen club if they want to), but there were only three 17 year old girls who had come together and were less than friendly (and by my son's description of what they did with the other boys in the club, i'm more than happy my daughter didn't hang out with them)...

but as the others have said, she won't be able to go to the spa or palos.....no exceptions....

Just a quick note about the teen spa package, it is for age 14 and up and is listed in the teen navigator. Of course the teen navigator is given to those 13 and up . When we were on board in July, there was NO mention in the navigator that you had to be 14 - very disappointing to my 13 year old daughter
