As both days were spent shopping and just wandering around i-drive, i thought id just combine the days in one post. Day 3 began with me hitting the pool at about 6.30 and we both went for a walk up universal boulevard and around in front of wet and wild , turning for home at the road by chillis.Its lovely at this early hour and its a shame that it just got too hot to do this kind of thing in the middle of the day, although , who would want to?. Back at the hotel, we had another sample of the wonderful breakfast, before changing to go to the prime outlets. We walked up there, calling in festival bay on the way and although it was a not-very-good experience with about half of the shops empty, we found a book-shop that is a real jewel in i-drives crown. I bought a book on the september 11 tragedy, the book of the film "invincible" telling the story of vince of the philedelphia eagles, and the story of he 2009 season in the nfc east of the nfl and as im a redskin, my sons are giants and cowboys, the book suited all 3 of us. I wasnt that impressed with the prime outlets and consoled myself by buying virtually all the 2xl nfl,nba and ncaa gear i could find!!!!!! I bought leander the odd t-shirt. As it was too hot to walk back, we caught the trolley and went for a dip before going to black angus for supper, where i had a t-bone (average) and leander a pork chop (to die for) but happily i had a pint of strongbow that saved the night!!!! Service is included in this place which i , and all brits im sure, would far prefer. Back at the hotel, i watched the magic win in game four which meant my tickets for game five were void. I sorted them out the next day for round 2 game 1 without any hassle as im a "magic insider". Day 4 more or less followed yesterday, with us ending up at the florida mall, travelling on the lynx bus. Leander had a far better day, shopping-wise as im only interested in the sports gear (the discount kind) On getting back to i-drive we headed straight for dairy queen and after dumping our shopping at the hotel, we went to cicis pizza for a buffet that with drinks and the use of a coupon came to about $12. We changed and walked down to the piates cove crazy golf for a round of what i can only describe of pure joy. What a great laugh it was and although leander tried her best, i dug deep and beat her easily!!!!!!!!!!!! We strolled back and went to sleep quite early.
