Last full day as we were flying home tomorrow, and lay in bed for a bit until 9ish and headed over to typhoon lagoon. We had a great time doing the rides, especially the crush n gusher. Typhoon lagoon is so much more serene than blizzard beach, i find and totally enjoyed what was on offer. Lunchtime came and we went back to the hotel to get changed. At the bus depot at pofq, in came the epcot bus first, so a cake each in epcot it was to be!!! Again chewed the fat with a complete stranger about the basketball, and before you could blink, i was immersed in a cloud of icing sugar at the france cake-shop. We seriously slowly strolled around the showcase, taking everything in and just chilling, but we couldnt help getting the feeling of sadness to go, but also gladness to go, if you get me. I was desperate to have one more visit to the mk, so we jumped on the monorail and went over and headed straight for the philharmagic. We were going to wait for the fireworks, but the depression had made us think "ah, cant be done with it " so we went back and checked our gear, had a pasta meal at the food court and went to bed early. At ten oclock,my eyes flew open as i had a brainwave!! Go and see if i could check in online at the front desk, so off i went and a lovely cm logged me in to the virgin atlantic website , typed in my booking code and bam! seats 80 h and k upstairs. So i can again definitely state. "you dont need dtd check-in if you stay in disney" She printed my boarding passes, in the morning, i gave my luggage to bell-services and caught the dme to the airport. I strolled back the long way around the resort to our room and leander said she slept better, knowing that everything was sorted for the next day. in my next post, ill try and finally get photos with a brief list of highs we had. I also nearly forgot, my bill came that night, $914 . I wasnt unhappy with that, just a bit miffed that it cost more in pounds because of the exchange rate.
