Thought it might help for you to have more info: We'd like to stay at VWL (Favorite!), BCV, BWV. Sun-Thur nights are a must (all 5 nights). Either Feb 5-10 or 12-17 would work for us. We would need a reservation for a 1BR villa (140pts) or 2BR (170pts). Actually, if we stayed Feb 12-17 at a 2 BR VWL we'd need 172 pts...hey, you'd be all finished with this in one transaction.

We are considering renting out some points, and in reading the various posts, it looked like people were charging around $10 to $11 per point. But then I saw your posting for $8. How do people arrive at the prices? Are there any guidelines to follow to keep things fair, and to make sure the value of the points stay high?
