16th Birthday at Magic Kingdom

We're going to start our day at the Magic Kingdom on my daughter's 16th birthday. I'm looking for some ideas about anything we may be able to do to make the day extra special.

We've been many, many times and we know about the happy birthday buttons. I know to mention that it's her birthday when possible to perhaps get a special "happy birthday." I'm looking for any tips about free or not so expensive things we could do for her birthday.

We have breakfast and lunch reservations and fastpasses for the morning. We usually leave Magic Kingdom after lunch to go to another park (since that's when it seems to be the most busy at MK)- so ideas for other parks and/or resorts would be welcome.

How about having her room decorated for when you arrive at it? Or having a gift basket delivered? You can also have a small special cake made and delivered for lunch.

We were there for DS 16th birthday- he insisted we do the Keys to the Kingdom tour as you have to be 16!! It is pricey but well worth it!
