I agree, it's a perfect gift to each other. I know you will be so glad you bought them when you are using all your points each year.

Those add-ons sure can be addictive. We are in the process of buying 2 contracts through resale - one for OKW and one for HHI, and I am already thinking of how many points I may want to add on down the road (and our purchases are not even final)

Here's a toast to the joy of planning more DISney trips (pretend that's a wine or champaigne glass he's drinking from - lol)

ARGH!!! I just spent the last 30 minutes replying to everyone and it went *poof!* when I hit submit! I don't have time to re-type it all right now - but I wanted to thank everyone for the congratulations! I'm feeling better about my purchase now - I just freaked out for a couple of hours. My DVC guide just called and said that my new contract didn't get processed yet and that it would be done tomorrow! I hope I don't lose those 80 points! They only had 92 available for my use year... ARGH!!!

Well, if it was meant to be, it will be, right? Yesterday was our 19th Anniversary, and I can't think of a better gift to each other. We'll happily use those DVC points for many years to come!

That's awesome, Michelle. Eric and I probably spent more than you guys did today though. Our furnace decided to die yesterday, so we just laid out quite a bit for a new system. It's been about 55 degrees in my house since 9pm last night, but it's slowly getting warmer now. I think we're up to 64. They finished the installation at 5pm, so it's coming up fast. I spent most of today out of the house with DD3 because it was way too cold. Of course, this had to happen during a cold snap too!

After spending all that money on something we weren't anticipating having to deal with for quite a few more years (our house is only 7 years old), we won't be adding on anytime soon.

Michelle, congrats on your DVC purchase! Sounds like lots more wonderful trip reports in our future!!! I bet you are so excited!!!

I got caught up on everything since we've been away! We printed out some of your trip report and read it in the airport on our way to WDW! It was so fun! I had your report and some of the pics up on our computer screen and Laura said "who are those kids, they look so familiar"! I told her those are Michelles and remember we were reading about them on the way to Disney!

Love all the pics, your GF photo shoot, the interesting things at MGM that are so often overlooked and the beautiful ones from World Showcase.

Can't wait to read more!

I just pulled the trigger on an 80 point DVC add-on at BWV!

I'm having a hard time processing it! I'm really happy and freaked about about spending so much money, all at the same time!

DVC actually had just enough 2007 inventory available for my use year, so I get those points plus 2008 points. I was only calling to get some prices - I didn't expect to buy them today!

Sorry, just had to share with someone, 'cause I'm bouncing off the walls over here...
