Yeah, Haunted Mansion. I was just thinking "scary" and wrote ToT. I guess I had Gmax's ToT adventure on my mind...or maybe I'm just completely OUT of my mind because I only have five days of school left before I leave! That's probably it.

Anyway, since we're packing everything into every minute of this too-short-yet-much-appreciated trip, we'll be out of MK right after the LTT meet, if we even get to that. I wish we had longer than just Thursday through Sunday, but as a teacher, I'm lucky to even be getting that. We don't have a break; I'm just taking two sick days.

Please don't throw me off the Disboards! I really DO know what's in what park. Listen - I'll prove it:
Small World is in Magic Kingdom.
Dinosaur is in Animal Kingdom.
Soarin' is in Epcot.
Little Mermaid is in MGM. Or is it Disney Studios? Or is it Hollywood Studios? Wait...maybe I DON'T know!

Hope to see you in the parks, but if not, we can see each others' adventures in our trip reports. Maybe we'll see you (or you'll see us) in the backgrounds of our pictures! I'll be the one with the silly grin from ear to ear because I am there and not at school!!!

Still, this way I'll feel a little more prepared for the TR when it gets going.

You're flying out of Chicago? I have to ask, as I am a total IL girl at heart, where do you live? PM me if you don't want to post it - DH will not let me post our town on the boards for privacy conerns...

Blue moons are a big deal on New Year's Eve as well. I remember there was one a while ago (maybe in the 80's? early 90's?) that was particularly wild, even in my little cow-country town. Thanks for letting us know when the next Halloween one is, should we start planning a DISmeet already????

Hello DISneyFamily! I just got caught up on your pre-trip report! Our trip is October 4th - 10th. We won't be enjoying much of the f&w festival because we'll be there with our 2 little boys, but DH and I are planning to spend date night (Gramma will be babysitting) at the WS. That is so cool about the Blue Moon. I have heard the phrase, "once in a blue moon", but never really knew what it meant. Very neat!
I have made a mental note about 10/31/2020 I will be 43 almost 44.
