You have a couple of good options.
The Boardwalk Bakery is a good start. They have great sandwiches and pastries. Spoodle's has a good breakfast. I love their frittatas. Getting there early always helps, because the coffee's nice and fresh.
If you're really hungry, there's a nice buffet at the Dolphin called Fresh. Believe me, you won't go hungry there.
Enjoy!
Great breakfast Panini's at the Bakery. Spoodles is open for a'la carte breakfast and on nice days they have outside seating. Fresh at the Dolphin is very good as well.
Why would anyone want to go to McDonalds on vacation? It still disappoints me that they are on the property. You're supposed to feel like you've escaped the outside world.
Don't forget that the Belle Vue Lounge opens at 7am for coffee tea and pastry and fresh fruits. I think they stay open until 11 or so. We got fresh fruit there last month and it was quick and easy!

The Belle Vue is not always open for breakfast. It is open seasonally during busy times for breakfast.
The BW Bakery is always open for breakfast, but the line can be daunting sometimes. I believe it is the only place to refill refillable mugs for coffee.
I prefer to make it in my room.
I like the BB...but hate the breakfast sandwiches there(not to my liking)...the crossiants are VG, and other muffings/pastries were good too. I would like to try Fresh on my next trip.
We don't like the long lines at the Boardwalk Bakery, so when we're there, we do 1 of 2 things. If we're staying at the hotel, we just go to the concierge lounge & grab a breakfast there. If we're just passing through, we go to the Belle Vue Lounge for pastries & juice. Here is our review of the Belle Vue pastries: http://hpandaw.wordpress.com/2007/06/24/belle-vue-lounge-breakfast-june-17-2007/
