Instead of waiting til the official new year, I've decided it's the perfect time to go ahead and get started on my "Disney body", as I'm calling it. Also, I believe that health is in the mind too, so it's time to get things going.
My boyfriend, aunt & two younger cousins booked a trip last night for the end of May to visit our favorite place in the world. I've gotten it on good authority that my guy might ask me a question that is huge and pertains to our future *coughProposalcough* and, well that will warrant lots of photos.
I've also got my last little bit of grad school to conquer this next six months or so, so it's time to get my mental health good & as stress free & healthy as possible.
Today is 153 days until our trip, so I decided to see what can happen if I get on the ball, do things to get healthier & feel better & see what can happen in 150 (ish) days.
Ready or not, here we go....
