I was thinking of surprising our house guests w/ kitchen sinks @ B&C. They don't know they exist, so it should be fun. Do you think we'll be able to get tables for 15? If so, what time should we get there? Also, how many tables would we need? I'm trying to figure out how many sinks we'll need. Thanks

Well, B&C is a very small restaurant, and there is a good chance you will have to wait no matter what time you arrive, due to the size of your group. I think you might have a better chance if you go late afternoon, like 4:00ish. The number of sinks you get might have to be determined how you get seated. If they seat you in some of the booths, and some tables, it will be harder to share than if they can place you all in the middle of the restaurant with a bunch of tables hooked together.

Hi,

It will be tough...there are barely 15 seats in the whole place!! (well, I'm exaggerating...but only slightly...)

I would definitely try to get there when they open (11AM).

I agree with Bob P on all counts.

The booths seat up to 6. The tables seat 4 for meals (plates and drinks), but could hold probably 5 if a table was splitting a kitchen sink among themselves.

I agree with Bob. Get there right before they open at 11am.

And to be honest, I think one Kitchen Sink would be plenty for 15 people, two at the most. Especially if you don't want to leave moaning for mercy. ;)

Thanks for the suggestions. We'll shoot for 11:00 am. If that timing doesn't work into our touring, I'll try around 4:00pm. We've never tried the kitchen sink, so I don't have a firsthand experience on how much it should serve. I was thinking of getting 2 for 8 adults, 3 teens, & 4 kids. That is, if we aren't seated where we'd have to run around the restaurant filling our bowls. We'll get another, if necessary, to keep from disturbing other diners.

We had 16 in our party and went to lunch as soon as we checked into BC. They just put several tables together.

We went as soon as they opened - 11 am!
