14th floor CR Conceirge room ??

Are they regular rooms on the 14th floor facing MK?

There are tower rooms and suites on the 14th concierge floor. Standard rooms on 14th are around $500-550 for regular and value season and the suites go for well over $1000(see rates on wdw site). The price increase for the 14th floor is clearly for the perks of food offerings of lounge and other extras.

I understand they are conceirge but do they face MK or Bay Lake?

They face both the MK and Bay Lake. We've stayed 14th floor 3 times now in a regular non-suite room. The first time we had a Bay Lake view. The second time we had a MK view. The third time we specifically requested a Bay Lake view because the 14th floor has a concierge lounge that has a double balcony overlooking the MK. We would castle watch and catch the fireworks from the concierge lounge balcony and then we would watch the EWP from the balcony in our room.

There are 4 regular rooms on the 14th floor, 1 is handicapped. I would assume 2 face MK and 2 face the Lake. We are staying in Sept (requested lake view). Ask me when we return. I'll have a good answer then!
