Hi -
Dates can be changed, as long as it is done within a certain amount of time. Typically members will charge 1/2 down when the reservation is made, and the other half 30-60 days prior to renting. Because your dates are not until Dec, we would have to rent day by day because your date to leave is more than 11 months away. That is not a problem, usually.
