I just booked flights on Delta from Detroit to Orlando for January for $145.50. I've been watching for deals for a long time, but there wasn't much because we are flying back on MLK Day. So I was tickled to death to stumble across this deal.
BUT...... I about had a stroke in the process. While I was in the process of booking, my internet went down. By the time it was back up, the itinerary I was trying to book had gone up from $145.50 to $229!
There were originally 7 possible itineraries for the low price, but when I got back on there were only 3 itineraries left. All the others had gone up. Talk about crummy timing! 
Fortunately, one of the remaining itineraries was workable though not as ideal.
So I'm a happy camper after all!
