Hi-no I don't have references. We are doing this because we had to cancel 2 days before our spring break because Dad couldn't get away . I had borrowed the points from our June use year and therefore they went into a holding account. I can call member services and see if this is available. I have made another res and we worked it that when I got the confirmation #, I was paypal'd 25% and when I receive the actual letter and fax it, the balance. Let me know what you'd like me to do.
