We are booked on the October 23 cruise from San Diego to Galveston. It is 14 days so we will be celebrating Halloween On The High Seas and trick-or-treating aboard on the 31st. My question is, the following week is the Wonder celebrating Thanksgiving at sea? Seeing as all the cruises in November do, will the ship be switching themes mid-cruise? It's our 4th cruise on Disney but our first 14 night. Any info would be helpful so I can costume up the 8 year old!

I believe the Thanksgiving "celebration" is usually confined to those cruises that are actually over Thanksgiving. They have a special menu for that day, I know.

From the DCL website:
Thanksgiving

Enjoy traditional festivities on Thanksgiving day, including a delicious feast, football offerings and other holiday-inspired touches.

Thanksgiving day falls during the Very MerryTime cruises. On the Wonder those cruises are during these inclusive dates:
Disney Wonder 11/6/2015–12/24/2015

The theming on each cruise (halloween, Christmas) is for the duration of that particular cruise, they won't switch it out in the middle.
