So...First PTR here, just too excited with my countdown to not write about it for the memories. My name's Liam and I was brought up with Disney films and Parks, and have maintained the DIS love affair into my adulthood. The magic, fantasy, and happiness I felt as a child in DL and WDW has only magnified as I've grown up and I'm so thankfull it has! Im not shy about my Disney obsession and most of my friends don't understand the magic and bliss I find in Disney Parks and for that I truly feel bad for them LOL. I couldn't imagine not having a place where I can go and completely feel intoxicated on cheer and happiness
Anyways, I've always been a romantic and with Disney Resorts being my ultimate "home" and "laughin' place", I literally dreamt and fantasized about someday taking my wife to the World and sharing my (2nd)true love with my first, since I was 6 years old! No joke LOL, i've had reacurring WDW dreams with my "faceless" wife since I was 6! Well 4 years and a few months ago, a face was put to those dreams as I married my gorgeous wife Raychel and the desire to take her has just become overwhelming ever since. The fact i lucked out and not only found my dream girl, but she's a Dis kid and loves Disney (almost) as much as me wasn't helping the fact
. We are both in the midst of working towards our degrees while maintaining less than stellar jobs, making my dream quite difficult to achievce financially. Last summer we finally pulled off our first Dis trip to the DLR staying at the DLH for 5 days and nights and had the best time of our life. Although, growing up with WDW as my " home resort", my fantasy was no where near complete and afterwords, decided that I must do whatever it takes to get us to the World come next summer LOL... Well... after 10 months of scrimping and saving and masterminding ahahaha... I made it happen!!! We leave Aug 25th for 10 days and 9 nights at POP with free upgraded Dining Plan. I've never stayed value and am a bit worried it wont be quite the same experience im used to and want to share with Raych for her first world experience, but never the less it's safe to say we are FREAKING OUT EXCITED
As I said before this is obviously my first report of any kind and I am so glad i've found a forum with like minds to keep the magic alive while away from home and will obvioulsy be recapping our first World adventure together, if for nothing else to be able to keep thinking about it and reliving it until we can return!!!.......(hopefully soon with one of those in resort return offers HAHA!)

My hubby and I celebrated our 12th anniversary last year at POP and we loved it! The place is clean, CLEAN ... trust me on that. The decor makes it just a really fun atmosphere. I don't think you'll be disappointed!
