14 Day ultimate ticket ??

Hello - hope someone can help me with my question. Is the current offer on Disney tickets of buy 7 days get 7 free really a good offer ? We were intending to buy 3 x 14 day tickets nearer the time of our holiday but would it be better to lay out the money now and buy the 7 day free offer ? Is the price of the 14 day ticket normally more expensive, or is it a bit of a sales gimmick ? Many Thanks for taking the time to read.

I was thinking the same thing!. The offer appears to be until the end of March so need to decide before then. Compared to others its a good price and things hardly ever go down! I keep checking the Park Tickets thread on here to see whats out there and they are coming out cheapest.
I'm pretty sure that I read on their terms and conditions that if you order online you will get a voucher but if you ring up you get actual tickets. That seems a bit weird. Like to have the tickets myself so bear that in mind when you do decide to order.

You can buy 14 days with Disney for less than 5 days with any of these sellers, I believe cheapest 5 days is now £214 not £209 listed.

3 reasons to buy now,
1, Exchange rate has got worse since they released this offer, could rise (others have)
2, US ticket prices go up early August, UK follow after that
3, No idea if they have and end date for offer.
Also Quidco cashback offer could be pulled at any time, not much £4.20/ticket is better than nothing.

last point, only worth buying now if you have the spare money, not worth paying credit card interest etc.

Disney don't send tix (as far as I know) Personally I prefer to get them there, don't see point in them coming here to take back. On arrival we like to goto DTD to collect any tix we have ordered. You can collect from any guest services so you don't have to go out of your way, DTD, resorts or any park.

when we bought from attraction tickets direct, we got the actual tickets (14 day ultimate)..
but i don't see that it makes any difference, whether it's the ticket itself, or a voucher to be redeemed when you get there.......

I decided to go for the 14 day ultimates although probably more than we need, bought at £210 each with 2% cashback through quidco.

I looked at MYW options and decided that might as well pay a little more for full flexibility of park hopping and waterparks throughout our stay so not limited.

I am sure I read somewhere that the 'normal' price they will go back to in April is £239 or thereabouts.

You get an e-voucher to exchange, personally I'm happy with that as I can't lose the tickets themselves and have backup! You can get actual tickets at same price if you ring up or buy from a UK Disney Store.

The only benefit from having the 5/7 day premiums as far as I can tell is that you can convert any unused days to non-expiry which you can't with the 14-day unlimited.

As above, I opted for the flexibility and bought at current price for our trip in May. Won't be any cheaper for that particular ticket.

I got my Ultimate 14 day Disney tickets from the Disney Store. I went into the shop and ordered them (they told me it could be weeks before they got them in but they were there within 3 days!). I've now collected and paid for them and it was £210 for adult and £183 for child...it is the 14 ultimate ticket for price of 7 day premium. They are actually tickets and not vouchers. Offer on until end of March.

that's why we took the 14 day ultimate - great flexibility....much better value for money than the MYW ticket....at least for us...
with the unlimited entrances, it's easy for us to pop into disneyquest or the waterparks for just an hour...which we wouldn't feel right about doing with the MYW ticket (which has limited entrances to DQ, BB and TL)...
