Hi
Hoping somebody can confirm something I'm sure I read on here but can't find.

If we arrive on Wed 25th July but don't use our park tickets until Thurs 26th will we still be able to use them on Thurs 9th Aug which will be the 15th day of use.

I'm sure I read somewhere that you can - just want to check as have made dining reservation based on this.

Thanks

We have had multiple confirmations that you can use them on day 15 however what is not confirmed if you can use them 15 days or 14 days.

I was told twice expiry date & days left yet when Wayne asked he was only given an expiry date.

Last year we confirmed our 14 day tix could be used 15 days and our 21 days tix 22 days but as above we didn't use them 15 & 22 straight days, there is no way we could use a Disney ticket every day of a holiday to test this, we have days at SW, Busch, Uni, coast etc.

If you are not arriving until the 25th I will confirm (or deny) if it still works this year before you leave. We check in on the 21st, will use our 21 day tickets and then get an expiry date.

Thanks for the answers.
We would only be using the tickets for 10 days but over a total of 15 days.
Maybe I'll try contacting Disney and see what they tell me....

I will give you their answer, they are 14 day tickets, you can't use them 15 days, many have asked, there is a cast member on here who denies it can be done but I assure you I had no problem last year.

OK...

Have Sci Fi diner booked on Day 15 - looks like in the past people have been able to do this on 14 day tickets - thing is I'll need to know to cancel the ADR and book somewhere else out of a park if we can't enter a park on that day.

Maybe I'm better rearranging days so this won't be an issue. We are at OKW for 16 nights so could rearrange to fit Disney parks in the 14 days.

I would re-arrange if at all possible, take it as you can only use 14 days then if you do get 15 and they haven't closed the loophole you can get in Disney for an extra day.
We are OK this time as we are offsite before starting our 21 day tix, fly home on the 22nd day at OKW but won't have time for a park. Our relatives are there 18 days with only 14 day tix so hope they get 15 days out of theirs, we have planned a meal at Chef Mick's incase they can't get in a park. Then Hoop Dee Doo on our last evening, they certainly can't go in a park their last day.

Interesting.

We are purposely not doing the parks on arrival night to avoid using the 15th day. Maybe it expires 14 x 24 hours after... So you could maybe get into a park in the morning on the 15 th day if the time was delayed?! Just speculating ;)

No, that was suggested last year but we used it at opening on 1st day and later in the day on the 22nd day.

I'm kicking myself - trying to shift days around but it puts us going to parks on their busiest days instead of lightest and rearranging ADRs.

Why on earth didn't I think to check before making them all?

Mind you I'll rest better once I sort it as don't want to end up being charged for a no show reservation if we can't get into the park!

Phew - all sorted - swopped days around - not something I want to do again in a hurry.

Managed to log into reservations on the US site and made new ADRs and cancelled some. Luckily all times were still available.

Site was playing up and kept reverting back to the UK one where it would only accept my 6 digit number and wouldn't show dining reservations. I had to log out and back in again to get back to the US site where it took my 12 digit no and linked it all to my booking after a few 'searches for missing reservations'!

I can relax now knowing I'm safe if Disney change the way they regulate the 14 day tickets - didn't want to leave it til there!

Thanks for comments.

I had a bit of hassle a few days ago trying to get onto the US site, took a few attempts before I got there eventually.

Hi,
Would any of you know if you can start the 14 day ultimate ticket a few days before checking in at you resorthotel ?
We're booked for 8 nights at the BC and arrive 4 days earlier because i have to go to attend a conference and staying at the Waldorf.

The usual Disney response is you can't use your tickets before checking in but people have posted in the past they have been able to get them upto 3 days before. Its probably one of those things you need to find the right CM who knows how to work the system.

I thought that the 14 day UK exclusive tickets were good for 14 days admission within 21 days of first use??? I seem to remember that from our last trip in 2010, unless things have changed??

Sorry never heard of this.
Info from Disney's own site:
Disney's 14-Day Ultimate Tickets expire 14 days from first day of use; 21-Day Ultimate Tickets expire 21 days from first day of use.

You are not getting mixed up with the Premium tickets are you? they are either 5 or 7 days to be used within 14 days of first use.

So , where do i find this friendly CM to get my 14 day pass activated ahead off checking in to my resorthotel ?

Hope someone posts who has has success, not something I have tried to do myself, we have done Disney resort first so passes are still valid after we leave, never wanted the passes before checking in.

Last year we used our 21 day tickets on day 22, they was activated late on day 1 around 4pm, and we used them to get into the park early on day 22, but they had only been used 14 times across the 21 days (dont know if that made a diffrence?)

would you go to your hotel a fex days before checking in and ask for the 14day ultimate ticket to be issued or go to customerservices at one of the parks ?
