13th. Birthday help

We're coming to Universal for a 7 night trip & will be staying at Loew's Royal Pacific. What are some things we could do to celebrate our daughter's 13th. Birthday? Is there anywhere we could order a cake?

Someone reported they could order a cake only, instead of the full birthday package.

Take her to Toothsome's Chocolate Emporium for a birthday lunch/dinner. I am sure you can find a special treat she'd love.

I don't know if she likes rock music, or a fan of the Hard Rock Cafe, but for my 13th birthday I did a VIP tour at the Hard Rock Cafe and it's free. It was an amazing experience to me as Jeff Nolan was my guide at the time. A lot of interesting things to see and cool stories.
