I have a confirmed studio at BCV (Beach Club Villas) for Sunday March 26 - Sunday April 2, 2006. Family emergency requires me to cancel. Assumption of this reservation would require purchase of 134 points. You could assume this reservation or I will cancel and re-book with your request. Prime opportunity over spring break.

Any stay booked must be completed no later than May 30, 2006

I can only rent these points (i.e. cannot transfer due to restrictions)

If intereseted, PM me your requested dates (or let me know of your interest in BCV) and I will check availability. If available, I will make your reservation and send you an original confirmation and a rental contract. Terms are 50% due upon receipt of original confirmation and remaining 50% due 60 days prior to reservation start.

I checked with DVC Member Services and for those dates (1/29 through 2/2 checkout) they have a 2 bedroom available at VWL and 2 bedroom "preferred view" available at BWV. Both would be 124 points for those 4 nights. Please let me know if you are interested and I would be happy to work with you.
