The other night I had a dream that my 6 year old daughter was being force to marry some kid, and there was nothing I could do to stop it. Besides waking up in a bad mood, I hardly think that this dream has any bearing on my life.

I think many of my anxieties play out in my dreams. I have very VIVID movielike dreams where I fly, shoot guns, fly helicopters, fight, run, have to escape, etc. My DH is always amazed I can remember them and that they are so detailed.
I had been dreaming a lot in Dec about my DGM (Grandmother) who passed away this year. She was talking to me a lot and I woke up crying a lot.

Last night I didn't sleep well because I kept having bad dreams...don't remember any of them now...but I am very tired.
