13 minute queue for Tower of Terror?

Why does the Tower of Terror wait time in MDE sometimes say 13 minutes? Every other line is posted in a 5 minute increment. Does that mean it is really 13 mintues - or am I just missing some Disney humor?

I would think that is their default setting, with the whole unlucky 13 thing.

It's Disney humor. There is no floor 13 on the elevator indicator, but that's where the elevator goes.

13 minute wait generally means it's a walk on or very short wait. Disney humor.

As PP said, I have always heard 13 minutes posted wait meant walk on at ToT and Haunted Mansion.

It's part of the theming. Haunted Mansion has it too. I was hoping to see it when I rope-dropped the ride but it was at 10.

Yep, means it's a walk on. They do the same thing for Haunted Mansion, it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
