12th Floor Contemporary

Has anybody recently stayed on the 12th floor of the contemporary resort? We are going in two days and am scared to go with all the negative comments. Does anyone know if the 12th floor has been renovated?

I don't think it has been renovated yet, but we have stayed tower club MANY MANY times over the past 10 years and always LOVED it. The last (only) bad experience we had with the CR was on the 14th floor. (I wrote a thread on it and won't go into it here!) I wouldn't hesitate to spend a vacation on the 12th floor. For what you pay, the rooms are large and clean, the bfast is great & convenient, the concierge staff is terrific, the restaurants in the CR are great, the arcade is lots of fun for kids, the shops on the concourse are wonderful, the ability to walk b/f to the MK is a fabulous plus, the atmosphere at the CR is just so much fun. It really is my kids favorite Disney resort out of all the other deluxes, so if you are going with kids I am sure they will enjoy it and then you will too!

two years ago. It was great. The snacks were great and the added security for the kids was great too. It was a good experience...

Oh and the concierge services were great!
