Beautiful Picture! I would have never guessed that you pieced it together! But since you said not to look close... I have to see if I could tell. I was very hard to see! You did a GREAT job!! Can't wait for more popcorn:: jen

Hi Michelle, This is actually the "pretend" becky521;) Just got time to bring myself up to date on your TR and wanted to say how much I am enjoying it. I love all the pics you have used to. It's great because these were the same ones we saw! It's so neet to be able to relive the trip this way isn't it?

What a great picture. The boardwalk is my dream resort to stay at, I just love the look of it. Love reading your trip report.

I'm loving you trip report, especially the awesome pictures. The panoramic is just beautiful. It makes me want to go there. Only been value resorts, which I've loved. Maybe when my son is older we'll splurge. Thanks for sharing.

What a beautiful picture, had you not said you pieced it together I never would have known. So kudos to your panoramic making skills ;)

Let's see... where were we? OK, I remember! We had just gotten into our BWV room and had the daunting task of unpacking everything! I HATE having luggage all over the place, and I like to have it put away as soon as possible. OCD much? Yep - that's me.

Sounds a lot like me!! My DD15 lived out of her suitcase the entire trip - drove me bonkers :lmao:

While we're on the subject of DVC (again! sheesh!) I have a funny story to tell you on how we actually could afford to buy into DVC in the first place. It all started 10 years ago - the beginning of our Disney Decade! Remember that short video clip I posted a few pages back, of the kids when they were little? That was our 1st time at the Boardwalk, right after it just opened in 1996. I was head over heals in love with the place. On the day we left WDW, I vowed that one day we would buy into DVC at the Boardwalk. One way or another. Of course, we didn't have the money to do it - it was only a dream! At that time we had a country house on 5 acres of land - no horses or crops, just lots & lots of grass to cut! It was so much work that we had a huge John Deere tractor to get the job done in a weekend. After years of being slaves to our property, we finally had enough. In late 1997, we put our house up for sale and moved into the city. Needless to say, we didn't need that big tractor anymore! This was the opportunity I was waiting for! We sold the tractor and bought into DVC! WooHoo! :woohoo: I've never looked back!

I loved this paragraph - it really made me smile. I'm truly happy for you all - very lucky :goodvibes

Here's the view from our balcony at dusk...

Beautiful pic!!!!!

We finally had everything done by 6pm. It was time to go to Epcot and have dinner at LeCellier! After a short walk through International Gateway, we made it into Epcot. I just love the back entrance! We walked past England and on to Canada. Boy was it crowded! There were people everywhere waiting to get into LeCellier! Many people were turned away completely. This was the 1st sign so far of the holiday crowds to come! :crowded: We had a very nice dinner and ate more pretzel bread that we should have! The kids got Northern Lights for their drinks, and had fun with their light up ice cubes throughout dinner. (they never really grow up! LOL!) After dinner we walked around World Showcase and found a spot infront of China to watch Illuminations.

I want to try LeCellier next time around - being Canadian and all ;)

Hi Michelle! Just caught up on your TR and its awesome! I can't wait to read more! So envious about the Boardwalk Villa - wow! I'll have to enjoy it through your eyes! We arrived on the 17th and left on the 24th. I wonder if we ever crossed paths! Thanks for sharing everything you did!!

Hi Michelle!

I'm all caught up with your wonderful trip! The Boardwalk at dusk shot is beautiful. So much so, in fact, that I'm calling this morning to check on rates for our next trip! We've never stayed at Boardwalk and you are convincing me that we should.

I love all your video and pictures - this is a fun read!

Thanks!

Love Love Love your pics Michelle! I was so looking forward to your next installment. Now what am I going to do when it is all done????? :sad1:

Can't wait to hear about your first experience with the Osbourne Lights! My family ADORED it! Not sure if we we are going to MGM on our next trip, and even if the light show will be up.

Take care!

We were at MGM that night. Obviously we didn't notice your LGMH nor you ours so I guess we didn't see you. We all had them on. My oldest even made the comment that I "made" her put one on her purse and she didn't even know what it was for. "So then everyone will know we are on the Disboards" "But that's the point. I am not on the Disboards" silly college girl.

Wonderful pictures!! I love your Christmas tree. I love relaxing in the room sometimes. That's the great thing about DVC; we know there'll be a "next time" in the not-too-distant future, so I'm less obsessive about being on the go all the time!

Can't wait to hear about the Osbourne lights!

I JUST LOVE ALL YOUR PICTURES!!! Let your Staff Photographer know they are appreciated!!!!

Thanks for sharing your trip with us. I have enjoyed it A TON!!! your're a great story teller!!!!
