120 Points Available for Rent

We have 120 points that we won't be using this year. They are good through July 31st. We are asking $10.00 per point. I can call and inquire as to availability and make reservations.

1) I will make a reservation for you, giving you the confirmation number as soon as the reservation is made.
2) 50% due by money order within ten days of reservation being made.
3) Paper confirmation to be mailed to you.
4) Final 50% by money order due within ten days of receiving paper confirmation.

I'm new to this... How does it work? What type of romm will 120 points "buy"?

It mostly depends on the season you are looking for. There is a points calculator under the DVC Points Chart link above. We can usually get a 1 bedroom Sunday to Friday for around 120 points. Weekends are more points, but in a low season, you can get a full week in a studio.
