Day 3-- Sat 11/1

Today was planned as an off day, since we were out late the night before at MNSSHP. We all slept in, which was nice. BIL has family in Tampa-- so him, sis, and DN took off for the whole day. Everyone else wanted to go to Gatorland. DH didn't want to go. So my mom offered to take DS so we could spend some time alone. DH and I went back to Downtown Disney. We truly had a magical afternoon. We rented a canopy boat from Captain Jacks. We took it out for about 50 minutes. When we returned, the worker noticed they forgot to write down our departure time. So they asked how long we were out-- we were honest and told them 45-50 minutes. He said that since we were so honest he was only charging us for 30 minutes. A nice little bonus-- so we took the extra money and added it to our shopping allowance. It is the first time I've ever been able to shop in Dowtown Disney w/o looking over my shoulder for DS. I had a blast. I actually was able to take time to look at the items. Afterwards DH and I bought Water (woo-hoo we know how to really let loose
) and sat by the water just enjoying each other and the atmosphere. It truly was a romantic afternoon. DH declared that as much as we both love DS- he wanted to plan a long adult only weekend to Disney this spring. I plan on holding him to it!
We got back to the house swam, napped, did laundry and watched TV. We were all gearing up for some serious park touing. I was anxious to get started. The next day we were heading to MGM.
