12 minutes later...and I'm booked!

I'm in Disney withdrawal, and I decided that I would take my DD14 to POP as a Grade 8 graduation gift and special "mom and me" time...IF I can do it for a price that says, "WOW!"

So, I called CRO at 7:45. Michael took 12 minutes (most of which I was on hold) to quote me POP for $110 more than was online. When I pointed it out, he said, "That's the best that I can do, so I guess you should book online."

Then, I called CRO back. Got Gabrielle-Elise. 12 minutes later, I'm booked at POP at AAA rates that call me. Oh, and the rate was $200 less than Michael's for the 5 nights.

Now, I need to wait out SW. If I can get good rates, we'll be on our way. If not.... Food would be easy. With Magical Express, that part of the trip would be taken care of. Ah....now the passes. (I have a not-yet-activated AP, but I'm thinking that the 10 day MYW pass might be better.)

Oh, and I was so pleased with Gabrielle-Elise's manner, I asked to be transferred to the Employee Compliment line! Have a magical day!

Just an FYI - You can't use Magical Express if you are flying in on SW.

Hi all!

Just a note on Magic Express..you can use magic express to bring you to & from the airport to your resort. The only thing is they will not transfer your bags. If you do not use a "disney approved" airline then you have to get your bags at baggage claim & bring them on the bus yourself.

That is not quite true. Inbound (to WDW) you can fly any airline and they will get your bags. It is the out bound side where you have to handle your own luggage if you don't use an approved airline. WDW can't tag your luggage to an airline it doesn't have arrangements to do so with.
