$12 Airtran Coupon - Deal is Dead

Just found this online: http://www.airtran.com/DwightVoucher/

Gives you a $12 off coupon code per email address. You can use one code per passenger on an itinerary. You can also use it to pay for seats if you've already booked but didn't pay for seats (like me).

I also found a cool website to get temporary/disposable email addresses. Using this, I was able to get 8 coupons in about a minute using this site: http://www.mailinator.com/

Because my trip to MCO was on 1 itenerary, and my trip back home was on another, I was able to use the coupons to buy seats for the four of us coming and going (8 total coupon codes). I love Airtran!

Yes, that's exactly what we did. So that's one discount code per passenger on each itinerary (1 going and 1 returning).

thanks did you book 2 one way tickets going and then 2 one way tickets returning and they let you put in two codes or did you do 4 seperate transactions for 2 ppl for example???


nevermind-i see it says you can use one code per person, so i will do two transactions instead of 4, this helps alot thanks!!!!!

I got 2 codes yesterday....instantly. Perhaps there was a limit to the number of codes they planned to distribute. It doesn't say that though.

Well you can get only one coupon per email address. So if you need more, you need multiple emails. In my case, I didn't have enough and didn't want to take the time to setup a bunch of real Yahoo accounts for just a coupon code. So I used mailinator.com. Just follow the instructions...you instantly create any email address you want. You then enter that email address on Airtran, then check your temporary email account. For me, the emails were arriving within 10 seconds.
