12/30 (tomorrow) Magic Kingdom - park access at night?

i always go in for the NYE fireworks and stuff, but i'm honestly so exhausted from this trip that i don't think i'll be able to make my usual 7 am to 1 or 2 am day in the parks. i know the park is usually closed due to capacity at some point in the day, but do you think it would re-open as people leave in the afternoon and at night? i would like to get in for the later fireworks if possible, but don't want to show up only to be turned away. is there a way to find out about open/close status tomorrow?

There are phased closures and the only phase at which no one is allowed to enter is phase 4, which, according to this article from Touring Plans, hasn't happened since April 7, 2009:

So if you're staying on property, you shouldn't be turned away.
